Life on the Square....

You would be forgiven for thinking that your strolling down the Champs-Elysées...

...or somewhere else ....

.....on a beautiful square...

....the fashions are colourful, very colourful....

...and you might wonder... where in the world?

...there are cafés...

....lost tourists, and well packed tourists, workers and shoppers....

...amazing art...

....then, there are the regulars.... working and taking a spot of exercise...

...the local band performing and selling their cd's....

...artists at work....

...ladies, who shop...and gents on coffee breaks and  intrigued by the news...

...a souvenir of a grand year...

.....exotic finds....

I fell in love with this textured piece!

Love love the colours...

Just had to capture the bus squeezing down a narrow street...

The picture below is also textured and the artist used pieces of old  an old denim to it!

The colours are gorgeous and I would love to have it..

So, dear friends... I hope you enjoyed life on the square and if you haven't been there for a while, I hope you make an effort. Fridays at around noon is a particularly vibrant day when people pass through the square en route to the mosque. I certainly had a load of fun....
